Your order will be sent to you carefully packaged in a box, with a pouch to keep your earrings in while you are not wearing them.

All peninsular deliveries are free if your order is over 40€, if it is less, it is 3€. Shipments to the Balearic Islands have a fixed cost of 5€. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

- What is the delivery time?

They will arrive at your home in about 7/10 working days, as each item is individually handmade and orders are made as they arrive. If for any reason you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact me before placing your order and I will do my best to help you.

- International shipments

There are Doublecrochés in Indianapolis or Albuquerque and it seems strange that something made here travels so far and wide. We ship to Europe in the world via Correos Spain. Please note that any taxes or customs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

- What if it is a gift?

I think it's a pleasure for anyone to open a beautiful handmade package, so every order sent is ready to be given as a gift. If you want to add a personalised message, at the checkout screen when you finish the order click on "it's a gift", add the text you want and I will write a note for that special person.

- How can I pay for my purchase?

You can pay using your credit or debit card.

- Is the packaging recyclable?

That's right, you won't get any plastic.

- Can I return or exchange earrings?

You can return an item as long as it has not been used and is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. You have a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the product. After this period, we do not accept returns.

You must send us the earrings and, once we check that they are in perfect condition, we will reimburse you using the same payment method you used to pay for the order, minus the original shipping costs (3€ for deliveries on the peninsula). Shipping costs to Doblecroché for exchanges or returns are your responsibility.

Please ensure that the items you send to us are securely packed in their original packaging. You will be liable for any damage to items in transit caused by inadequate packaging. Write to for more information.

- Can I repair earrings?
I want you to enjoy wearing your pieces for as long as possible and will try to repair your earrings if for some reason you have broken them. Please understand that it is not always possible to repair them, depending on the level of damage or the age of the piece. Please email me at with photos to see if I can repair it. I can fix almost any catastrophic misfortune. This service has a symbolic price of 7€, and the shipping and return costs are at your expense.  In case it is lost or irretrievable, you can buy the individual earring so that they are not mismatched in your jewellery box..
